DescriptionChorenji Temple enshrines a seated Benzaiten in a half-lotus pose. Moka City’s official website introduces the image as 3.45 m high and says it is the largest of its kind in Japan. The grouping with Bishamonten, Daikokuten, and fifteen attendants is also highlighted, and the city notes that many visitors come from around the country to see it.
